Joel is great understanding. Mary managet said she can only do work Ford tells her is ok. I'm not happy about this, at all. Ford has NO preventative maintenance. They only fix when something breaks.

There has always been outstanding communication as to estimated costs, work time, and any additional work/services that need to be done. We really appreciate the personal service we get when we bring our cars in to be serviced at Ford / Mazda of Orange. The service team and the Service Manager, Mary are always very helpful and take care of the issues we have had with our cars. Our only complaint is the car wash job isn’t very thorough.
