I checked on availability of parts for my Ford recall. I was told there were parts. Made appointment to get installed. Showed up on date/time. Received call the part was not in. Had to leave overnight. Even received call day before to verify I was coming in on appointment date. Service should have checked with parts before they confirmed my appointment to determine parts were available and informed me they were not reschedule, instead of leaving car overnight. Great thing that I had access to a 2nd car.

A service vehicle I purchased the 2018, F1 50 Ford pick up was in for service due to a noise coming from the front wheel area. Brakes were inspected and the truck was returned as being OK. The noise persisted so the truck was returned. It turns out that if it will bearing needed to be replaced. This truck is driven by one of our project managers who covers LA today a point.
