I got there at 6 in the morning and I left the service center at 10 am.The reason is because I was waiting for an oil filter for my Toyota Tundra which you guys didn’t have in stock.And you guys claim to service any type of vehicle.And also I told Victor that my truck was making a noise and he told me that they couldn’t do anything there only change the oil and for me to take my truck to a Toyota dealer.That my truck should still be under warranty,so now I am wondering why I bought the warranty for my truck when I bought the truck from you guys.This is my second car I buy from you guys but to be honest I won’t be coming back anymore to your dealer,I am really disappointed in the service that I received.

I cannot thank Victor enough for being so helpful and professional. I called a lot of Ford dealers. They had a reason why they couldn’t/ didn’t have the recall part for my 2016 Explorer. Your team looked up the part, asked when I could come in and fixed my car. I’m trying to buy my explorer from a 3 year lease. And now I can finish my buy out. I am excited to own the car. Every time I have my truck to be serviced at the dealership there it comes back to me with grease inside and out. Where they get in the truck, lift the hood, place like that. What is always odd is that I am always told the truck came in with the grease already on the vehicle and your personal could not have possibly done that. Joel is always kind enough to ask the shop to clean the mess up, but no one is there and the truck would need to stay an additional day. I've tried that twice and both times your guys state the paint is too thin to do the job. Yes, the truck is 20 years old, but is basically ding, dented and scratch free for the age. A decent clean old truck with small signs of wear and tear. Through the years I have tried other Ford dealerships (Huntington Beach Ford being the best & Theodore Robins Ford being the worst). Now I am older and single, your dealership is the closest to my house.
Joel in service does a wonderful job, but that is usually where it stops.
