Junior, told me several things that I disagreed with. He created unnecessary stress and irritation. When a mistake was made, he promptly threw the technician under the bus. Hopefully the problem is resolved. Based on this experience, my faith in Ford of Orange is gone. I will not be back.

Again, Joel is great but the service from tech, Jorge Rendon was a joke. The USB ports and reverse camera worked prior to dash installation. When I returned to have it fixed. He blamed an aftermarket sound system which has NOTHING to do with the USB ports or back up camera. If the tech is correct, how did they work before the replaced my dash? I do not trust this tech and will request that he does not touch my truck in the future.
