My recall item was supposed to have been ordered 12/21/18 by Ross, but wasn’t. When I was at the dealer & asked him about it on 3/30/19, he didn’t have any information about it. He placed the order that day and called me on 4/1/19 and said the part was in. This was a replacement for the portable electrical power cord. I stopped at the dealer to pick it up only to find that I had to turn in the original one to get the new one. (Ross claimed it said it on the recall letter, it doesn’t). I don’t carry it in my car, I use it nightly in my garage where it hangs on the wall. I returned the next day with the original cord only to have Ross compare the # on my cord to the recall list & find out that mine was not on the list. All of this could have been handled via phone if he had only told me it was as simple as comparing the # on the charger. Waste of my time.

As always, Joel provided excellent service. I bought my 2015 Edge in for new tires, balancing, replace wiper blades and servicing. I arrived at 7:00 AM and the work was completed by 11:00 AM which I greatly appreciate ??

One of the reasons I brought my truck in was because of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. Look at the work order. I was told it was because I didn't change my oil often enough. I have documented proof that I do. Anyway it started smoking about a mile and a half away.I ha,be no faith in your service department and you will not see me again. This will not be a big because I feel they do not want to put the time or effort into doing a good job.
