Will was an amazing person to work with. He made the entire process perfect, made contacting him easy to make sure the car was ready for pick up, and he washed the car himself when things were moving slowly to make sure that I was satisfied and got my car back same day. I have used Ford of Orange multiple times and had average experiences but this time it was far above the average. I will definitely seek out Will personally next time I bring in my truck for service or anything else.

Service was outright fantastic from the moment I stepped out of my car to when I drove off the lot with my serviced car. I don’t get a lot of genuine good customer service because we live in fast past SoCal and both customer and service is always hurry hurry hurry. It’s appreciated when someone is both nice and efficient. William made sure to call me promptly with updates, explained my diagnostic check and repair work throughly. He made the dreaded dealership experience much better than anticipated. This isn’t the nearest Ford dealership to my home but I will go out of my way to this location the next time I need to service my car.
