No Genaro when we picked up my vehicle. One guy there was on the phone for 10 min. When my vehicle was ready, the front floor mats were not vacuumed. I thought as a Certified customer my vehicle would be vacuumed at the front row.
Other than that, the service was decent. I understand it is Saturday, so it’s a little busy.

I found two screws in my cupholder, and also a small Philips screwdriver in my seat. There are more issues as well. But I can't add pictures to this form... The condition my car was returned to me was dirtier than how I dropped it off. I also was called and told that I needed my break fluid and transmission fluid replaced, I had JUST had it replaced by my regular mechanic.
