I stood in the service office for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was there —- much less welcomed me. It would have been nice if one of the three men in the office had said hello and that they would be with me in a few minutes.

I waited for over 15 minutes outside in the rain and cold for someone to write the work order for my car. Then the person that finally showed up turned on the car and the number they had placed on my car flew off and and hit me. This will probably be the last time I come back for an oil change.

My brand new GT350 was left out in the rain for two days straight and I had to follow up with Ford of Orange to have them start the diagnoses on the car. All my cars are garage kept. I understand I didn’t buy the car from Ford of Orange but a customer’s $70,000 vehicle should be taken care of.
