tom was professional as usual. he greeted me by name and is exactly the type of person you would want to interact with and retain a customer. have been very happy with my Mazda 6 but the leather front seats seem dispeportiatly worn compared to the rest of the car.

You don’t need to contact me. Your service rep was great. I just had to wait quite a bit for my car, after I paid for everything. I wasn’t the only one that had to wait. I feel like they were short staffed at that moment?? There was nobody to “get” the cars. That is the only reason I didn’t give you an “extremely”” satisfied.

No one fixed anything. I went in with a problem and they cleared my cel code. I am not sure that they fixed anything. But, I am afraid something is still wrong with my car. The dealer is supposed to know, but nothing was fixed just played around with.

A month later, still waiting on paperwork for lo Jack, confirmation regarding the care package I bought, or an owners manual that is just to explain the cabin, not the novel that says nothing about how you activate them but ever you need to know about what it can do. This is my second lease and I feel like now that you have my money, you won't talk to me. I have left messages and even gone down there with nothing resolved.
