Petruzzelli is the only person I want to deal with when I get service for my car. I’ve had bad experiences with some of the other service reps at Mazda of Orange, but every time I’ve dealt with Petruzzelli it’s been a positive experience. She seems to actually care about the customer!

I appreciated the staff and how comfortable they made me even though I was freaking out about my car issues. The service was quick got my car back in less than 24 hours! They were straight to the point about what the issue and suggested other things that my car would need work on down th road but absolutely no pressure to get me to do everything all at once which i appreciated. I would go back absolutely.
