Erik is always sensitive to my concerns and explains in detail how those concerns are being addressed. 5 stars. Another contact at the customer service desk tried to tell me that it was ‘normal’ for the brake warning light to come on every few months. In late August 2018 the service department replaced a leaky master cylinder and overly worn brake pads on a car with 15,000 miles. In January 2019, the brake warning light is on again and the brake fluid reservoir was low. And this is ‘normal’ ?? Erik quietly took my case and had the system checked, brake lines tightened, and asked me to return for a re-check in 3 weeks when it’s not raining and everything is dry. 5 stars to Erik.
