Great and efficient service but I should have been offered a temporary vehicle to move around. I paid over $90.00 to Uber to get to work and back for the two days my vehicle was being serviced.

Great service. There for oil change; upon inspection he found ball joints loose causing wear on tires. Was planning to buy new tires anyway. Ball joints still covered under extended warranty. Be in shortly for both.

My tie rod broke on me Monday evening on my way to work ...so I had my car towed to your facility and dropped off because the facility was closed. I called this morning to let them know the problem with vehicle and I was told they will get back with me later today. Mike Rice calls me about 3:35pm to let me know that my vehicle is not covered under warranty. I have had a lot of issues with potholes since I have had my car and I have the tire & wheel warranty and have brought my car to this facility every time I have had a issue with my tires and wheel and it has been the same side every time my front passenger side. So about a month in a half ago I just had a issue with hitting a pothole and damaging my tire and wheel and I once again had it towed to Stanley to have my tire and wheel repaired also had to get my spare tire replaced too because don’t know how it became bent because I didn’t hit any potholes while using it. Anyways Mike goes to give me an estimate of $3000 saying that’s for my tie rod, something with my suspension and I need 3 new tires which I knew wasn’t true and he told me he told me last time I needed 3 new tires which did not he told me I need “1” new tire last time because it wasn’t covered under my tire & wheel warranty and I told him I didn’t have the money at the time and I asked him what does that have to do with the front end of my car so he took those off and gave me a new estimate of $2300 and said that I had to have hit something or ran off the road for my tie rod to have broke...I believe they missed that my tie rod was damaged the last time and failed to tell me that is was damaged because I did not hit a pothole or run off the road yesterday I was literally driving straight down the street when it broke and my car went down and I swerved onto the side of the road. I was told I can call my car insurance and they should cover it. With that being said Stanley Chevrolet service department will no longer be getting my service!!
