Stanley did a great job and Mike was very professional. The issue I have is Chevrolet charging me $120 for a transmission software issue (and saying it’s not covered under powertrain warranty). This is unacceptable. Also, Stanley replaces a trim piece on my door for the 2nd or 3rd time. Always under warranty/policy. Not this time - it cost me $150+. Again this seems to be a Chevrolet issue. So, I’m fine with Stanley but not happy with Chevrolet and will pursue reimbursement from Chevrolet Regional Service.

I dropped my car off the night before and was asked when we wanted to pick up and we told them about noon or 1pm at the latest. Still had not heard by 1230pm so we called and they said it was not in yet so we waited until 3 and still after not hearing from them drove up there. It still was not taken in when we got there at 3:30pm. Was not completed until close to 430pm
