The reason I not satisfied is two things! 1st I was not notified or aware of the increase of the oil package increasing $100. 2nd, when I came in to have something flushed and bought two tires. My tire rims were damaged and rattling after the service. Driving home and hearing the loud rattling and wondering where the noise is coming from. And it’s all 4 rims. The communication and service is not satisfied with the cost I spend on my vehicle when my son communicate to me after service.
