I was dealing with a non operational engine for almost 2 months, went to two different mechanics before coming to Robert. I really wish I chose to come to Robert in the beginning, he was a huge help, he was patient while I was trying to figure out what to do and when we agreed to replace my engine, he took care of me more than I expected and got my car back to me very quickly.
