Angel was great and very helpful. In fact everyone was great.
However....
[1] Got my Q8 back "washed". It is Black. unfortunately, it looked like someone took a rag from a mop bucket to wipe the car. Except for the area on the driver's door and elsewhere where there was dried soap-ish bubbles.
[2] (this one may be a function of the new software) Most settings were factory default. Not a big issue. But the driver's seat was fully changed in all ways and the memory was ... reset. Strangely, I have now tried for 4 5-8 mile trips to get it back where it was, no luck really, but will figure it out.
Regardless, overall the service was a good experience and I only bring these up so that they can be "very gently" addressed.
