My husband drove my car have the busted tire and the rim inspected and have a price quote for comparison from other tire dealers. He got a better deal with Audi and ordered the tire since it hs to come from a warehouse. We were promised the tire will be delivered Monday 4/8/19 at 1:30. My husband set the appointment for 3:30pm after picking up the kids from school. Monday, i got there on time and the tire that they delivered is not the right one. Angel said it will be ordered from another warehouse and it will not be in until wed or thurs. Somebody did not do their job inspecting the label against the tire itself so the customer did not have to drive around for nothing.
