I was expecting the excellent service that I have received on other DCH dealers but your team came very short to an excelente experience. It took 3 of my days to have a oil change, tire rotation and a mediocre courtesy car wash that will require another visit to my carwash place. I wonder how good the oil change and rotation was perform.
