Rafael was great help. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the car rental. I appreciate the dealership letting me borrow a car to run my errands, however my car wasn’t ready till 5pm and in the pouring rain I couldn’t get to the dealership at 6pm which is closing time. I had to call to work the next day because I had to turn in the car before 9am to avoid late fees. Again stuck in traffic in the pouring rain I barely made it on time.
