I like the vehicle status report given to me at the end of service. It gives me a snapshot of things that need to be addressed in the future. However, I do have one suggestion. You need to have your car wash guys vacuum the interior of the vehicles if they are going to wash them. I mean, if you're going to wash the bloody things make sure the inside is taken care of as well. But that's the only thing I can think of. Otherwise job well done guys!

At the time of the pick up yesterday, July 24th I was satisfied. As of today I cannot say the same. I drove less than 5 miles and a light turned on stating loss of pressure. Please check all tires and store pressure in MMI. I called and left a message with my cellphone but no response. My only assumption of no response was maybe a call was given to my husband. This I have not heard from my husband or the service department regarding this matter.

I just want to mention that Lyndsey have given me the best costumer service! We would definitely come here to Calabasas Audi for our car services, Lyndsey have made me feel welcome, she always have an smile.
