Anthony did a great job with Customerservice, but I found it very frustrating to go through your phone tree. I had a lot of difficulty getting to the right person to address my issue. Please train your phone staff more thoroughly, and if that is not possible, please hire more skilled people to route the calls to.

Had nothing to do with Anthony. He was great. Professional and very courtious and charismatic. My concern was with having an oil change and tire rotation in May which was supposed to include brake inspection. All cleared then. When I left there I heard a very faint "tick". It proceeded to get louder so made appointment to have it checked. Turns out, I need new pads and rotors. Do they really go that bad in 4 months? Especially if they only have 10,000 miles on them. Just curious.
