Bad customer service, rude workers, didn’t even want to do the oil change and then when he did he parked the car outside and did not let me know. I bought my first Kia from Bedford but always had it serviced at Mentor Kia. And that’s where I will go with my new Kia from now on.

I was not happy with the service Anthony Mazzocco provided in communicating with me information concerning my vehicle while it was in the process of being inspected. When I asked for a hire up over him to get a better understanding, he was adamant that no one was available and hung up on me. Totally unprofessional while I was the whole time maintaining my decorum. Even when I came in and he knew that I was not pleased with his service as I stated to the rep who asked who helped me that it was unfortunately Anthony he mocked me and did not deem it necessary to apologize. I asked Eric to call me back yet it appeared that Anthony called me back to tell me my car was ready although I requested that he not. I never do bad surveys because I’m aware from my own job how much of an impact they have on all of us. However, this was just bad service on his part. It took two days for an oil change, tire rotation and a new battery. It just didn’t feel right. My first experience of this sort from any of the Kias I’ve been too. Please help him with his communication skills.
