Worst service ever by your people in the sales department your manager told me to get another job if you’re able to so I could take a higher payment on a car that broke down that’s your car also they wanted me to pay for a diagnostic fee for what the guy told me was nothing you guys could do so overall I’ve had a horrible experience and we will never shop again with you have a good day

The system around the service request almost collapsed. I had to make two trips for an oil change which is supposed to be free to me for the first year of purchase. My salesman (Ryann Hollo)made a service appointment at 11am on last Tuesday. When I arrived the Service Manager wasn’t aware of either any appointment or that the service should be free. Ryan Hollo wasn’t there and another salesman was escorting me around. I told this guy that I am leaving and asked him to ask Ryan to call me as soon as he comes which I was told will be 12:00 noon. When I didn’t hear from Ryan upto 2:30, I called him and found that nobody told him anything and he was surprised to know that I was physically there. Nevertheless Ryan set up up another appointment at 1:00pm for today. So arrived at KIA today on time and spent 15/20 minutes with Ryan going over some of the electronic controls. Ryan then took the car to the service shop and asked me to wait in the customer waiting area. At 2:00pm I walked to the Service Manager’s cubicle and on my way noticed that my car was being taken to the shop(it is 2-0-clock now). The Service Manager told me that I am not on his schedule and that he still doesn’t have approval for the free service. At this point I found my way to the Sales Manager who tried make it up to me for my troubles by offering a free tank of gas. It was about 4-o-clock by the time I can home. From 1:00pm to 4:00pm for a lousy Oil change. One free tank of gas as justice! WOW!
