Everyone was very courteous and respectful. James was very attentive to my needs and even came over and congratulated me after learning that I bought a new car while my old one was in service.

My car was finished early so James came out and explained what was done to my car then he personally went to wash it. After that he walked me to my car. The first time I took the car in they said they replaced my transmission. Oh, but they didn’t. So, the second time I took it in for the transmission, it took six weeks to diagnose and fix the problem that was pretty obvious. Then, I pick up my car and I noticed when I got to work that wires were hanging for my fog lights. So I called/text Dan and he asked me to bring it back in the morning. This morning I bring it in at 9am and the look at the wires and told me it was not Kia’s fault and they wanted $185 to fix it. I declined because I knew it wasn’t that way when I brought it in! Then I look underneath my car and it’s missing the under engine cover! I know it was there before it went to service. I can tell you how I know when you call. This has been one long problem starting off with a lie about replacing my transmission the very first time I brought it in for service. I don’t trust the service people. I know they didn’t return the undercover and that allowed my wires to hang down and rub on the ground while I drove the car… please call me. I’ve never had problems like this before. EVER!
