I wasn't pleased with the overall customer service this trip. No one greeted me when I walked into the service lobby, but kindly greeted the customer who came in after me. Desk clerks didn't explain the recall for which they were servicing before or after servicing my vehicle. Overall attitude of the service reps were as though they were being bothered and not as friendly as they usually are. Upon picking up my vehicle, I feel as though I was being rushed. As I said before there was no explanation of what was done to my vehicle. My vehicle was parked outside instead of in the bay where they usually put it. Not too big of a deal, but I was just told "Your car is right outside there".

I always receive great customer service starting with the gentlemen who guide me into the shop and to James who checked me in and explained everything they were going to do, and he escorted me to a freshly washed car with a delicious cookie waiting for me.
