He was great. Concern. And made all contacts with warrantee companies. Have good customer service qualities, and demonstrated them all. One good guy.

Anthony continuously spoke over me and on several occasions I had to ask him to let me finish speaking. This was very frustrating and in the end I do not feel all my issues were resolved. Based on his service I would not recommend kob and hope I myself don't need to go for service again.

Eric greeted me promptly, explained what services my vehicle needed that I was not aware of. He explained the process of what would happen during the servicing of my vehicle and the approximate time it would take. Once the work was completed he came and got me from the waiting area, went over what was completed and my final bill. After I made my payment. He escorted me to my car , opened the door and explained about my cookie. He was thorough and polite.
