While he seems like a nice guy our service Rep Anthony on every single engagement I’ve had with him in the last few years is incompetent and bumbling. I truly dread having to interact with him as it’s so frustrating. I understand that the issue I had was not covered under warranty and that is not his fault but even determine that involved way more frustration that I feel was warranted. I also was very disappointed that the cost of a headlight replacement was over $115. I would have done it myself if I had know that was the “discounted” cost. We will not be purchasing a KIA again.

It took over two hours to get an oil change after I made an appointment. I was not told they were running behind but left to sit there until I asked. At the two hour mark, my car was just being started. James was incredibly professional and the service was comped. However, my engine service was not reset and I still have the service warning when I turn my car on. I would have rescheduled if I were told upfront it would be over two hours.
