Eric Livingstone was AMAZING ???? as 1 man! I’m however not at all pleased with the amount of time that service took! I’m not happy about the fact that I now apparently have an ant ???? problem in my car and white residue on all fenders, none of which were there when I dropped it off! Your consumer affairs department is laughable due to the fact that after 2 weeks of Kia having my car, I’d call them DAILY and sit on hold for literally 2 hours and do u know no one EVER answered.

My service indicator was not reset. When I called no one helped me. My tire pressures were still off even though they were supposedly checked and my vehicle was car washed but not clean. The oil change was free so I guess that evens it out?

I waited 1 1/2 hours, they left all papers and plastic in my, did not put the sticker in the window that the oil change was done. Advised that steering is making a rubbing noise and was told not to worry about it. The service department is unprofessional.
