It took entirely took long for the oil change! To wait over 2 hours is unacceptable.
I did not receive text message updates until after the fact. When completed, the service team member did not advise me regarding results of the multi-point inspection nor did he advise me where my car was parked.

I’m so sick of this place. I was once again given the run around and told that my car can’t be serviced at kk of Bedford because it’s a Jeep.
