Everytime I go in, I never have issues with my representatives, but my wait time WITH an appointment always takes so long! 3+ hours for a basic oil change with appointment is ridiculous

It's always a pleasure to see the staff and my service advisor ..they do a great job when I'm there.i brought my vehicle in due to a loud humming noise when turning on the heater and A/c ..they inspected and there were pine needles in it and to be blown out ..I just had the car service 2 weeks prior and had them replace the air filters ..why they didn't see that and removed it the first time I was there ..I don't know unless the technician was lazy ..I drive far to your location because I feel your the best ..they charged me 20 dollars for this which I feel it's the responsibility of the dealership to fix the first time ..I am a dissatisfied customer and will weigh my options continu to receive service at this location ..thank u

The service advisor was not good at all. Left lots of messages, lots of phones calls and never a returned call. Had to call every hour and still nothing until we had to call a lot that we finally reached her said car might be ready on Monday and then didn’t actually get the car until Tuesday and still had to call her to get any kind of update. Will never deal with Adrienne again.

Made an appointment still had to wait 5 hours to get my car back for a simple oil change. Also was told it cost 55 dollars than had to pay 89, when I was under the impression that all my services will be covered for the first 3 years

The service was fine. I know they were busy but a heads up about a change in time frame would have been nice. The two hour estimate they gave me turned into an almost eight hour wait. I had to change my plans around since I didn't have my car when I thought I would.
