I have a 2019 Tuscon ,which there is "very urgent recall" for the ABS but every time I try to get it done you don't have the parts. It doesn't make sence that corporate sends out these recall notices and the doesn't supply the parts.

First, my service advisor forgot to check if the part is still available before I was at the service center. Luckily the part is still there so I didn't have to make another visit and waste a trip. Second, the advisor put wrong phone number and I was waiting for over an hour for my lyft ride which never came. After I called back and inquire, I did get another lyft ride back to dealership to pick up my vehicle. The advisor did apologize and it was little mistake but I wasted over an hour of my time. I am still happy with the dealership overall and this feedback will be seen as something to improve the service center instead of a negative comment. Thank you.
