David did an amazing job and went above and Beyond to fix my car and get me back on the road. I drive two hours to use Bakersfield Hyundai service department because I’ve found nothing else better around where I live.

The service department is not very considerate of our time. They wait until almost the end of the business day to communicate what os happening with our car. The link that you all provide is NEVER updated when the service dept. has our vehicle. And the people that we encounter on the phone lack professionalism. They speak to us, customers, as if we were a peer or as if we are intruding on their day.
