Dezera was wonderful. However, I was told that an appointment would not be made unless they had all the parts for the recall. They made the appointment and they didn’t have the parts for the recall, now I have to come back and waste more time sitting in your lobby. Not happy about that at all.

Was very disappointed when I got home which I live in tehachapi I noticed a rattling noise and when I open the hood the cover that goes over were the oil and etc was completely off apparently the tech Ruben V **** that did the work doesn't know what he was doing I could of lost the cover not to happy I guess when I go to Hyundai Bakersfield before I leave I'm going to have to open my hood before I leave to make sure everything in tack unreal!
