Madai was nothing but great. He superceeded my expectations. He came through when your horribly designed website failed, grossly.
The website on the other hand has a lot to be desired.
The fact that you cannot see your scheduled service appointments and even more so, cannot make multiple appointments is far past unacceptable.
Does Bakersfield Hyundai not think that people are willing to own more than one Hyundai? That speaks volumes of the sales team.
