I had an appointment at 8:30am for an oil change which turned into a big mess. It turned out they did an oil change and inspected a car that was not mine, the gentleman told me I needed brakes and air filters. I told him to do it because we are going on a trip this weekend, when I got back to pick up my car they told me they did the work on a different car. I asked him to call me as soon as they worked on my car to see what it needed so I can agree on the work, he didn’t call me back. I left a message for him and he did not return the call. I got back to pick up the car at 4:00pm, and he put on the air filter which he did not call me to ask me like I had asked. He also said he just charged me for the air filter with no charge for labor, but it turns out he still charged me for labor on the air filter. I went in there just estimating to pay 39.95 for an oil change and left paying 88.55 with his extra added charges. I just payed for it because I had already lost my whole day from 8:30am-4:00pm and did not want to wait extra time for them to remove it and put my old filter back. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

Joey was great...when I recieved my car back,i called Adrienne Zepeda outside due to gash in Fram of passinger door inside...that was not there b4 I brought it in. Therefore I'm not responsible nor like it on my car...the only thing wrong...signs says great care,I dont think sign match what I have got on my car...other then that service was excellent ????
