I always go to Jose when I’m in the service department! I always feel confident that he is watching out for me and making sure my car is serviced correctly. I used to hate going into Bakersfield Hyundai because of their high pressure sales team and refusal to make a deal online or over the phone in 2016. I bought this Sonata that year in Victorville because he would make a deal online. However, due to dealing with Jose my irritation with Bakersfield Hyundai Is softening over the years. When I am ready to buy a carI again, I might even try there first, if they have dropped forcing you to spend hours in the office while the salesman goes back and forth to the finance office.
