My service provider was great but tI since my car had to stay at Hyundai for a few days, I called for a loaner which I found out you don't supply. I called 3 times with no answer to the service department. Each time the phone rang over and over again. I finally asked for a manager who checked and said someone would call me in 15 minutes which never happened. Unsatisfied with your customer service.
