Service was what I expected. The service advisor was courteous and addressed my concerns and questions. My concern with my experience was with the make shift waiting room in the trailer outside. I understand the need to create a waiting area as the sales lobby is being remodeled, however the power was not working in the trailer they are using for the waiting room and it was nearly 90° or more outside. There was no water in the makeshift waiting room either. My complaint is not about the service or service advisor (I would rate them a 11 out of 10). My complaint is with the make shift waiting room.

David provided the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership service department and even went out and taught me about how to properly use the AC without getting that stinky odor. I’ve been driving 13 years and was never taught this. Another great reason why I chose Bakersfield Hyundai when I traded my vehicle back in November. Everyone is so kind and helpful with answering any questions.
