Everyone I was in contact with was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were waiting for my car at the scheduled appointment time. I reviewed with the service manager the items to be addressed, and approximate time it would take to complete. The car was completed within the allotted time promised, washed, and waiting outside. Some other guy helped me and I did appreciate his banter 5 stars for him but I don’t think it was this Gilbert Guy. And I know that the guys that wash the cars probably have a bunch of them but they really took no pride in washing my car. If it had gotten but clean, I would have tipped ! Hey here’s an idea; Have the person that washed the car deliver them to the customer where the customer would tip based off of if the customer likes the car or not! And maybe even post a big QR scan code for tips. Everyone now a days uses those things.

Gilbert was great. The situation was **** tho. They “took back the wrong Tucson” which resulted in me waiting over 2 hours for my service. I checked in at 122 for my 130 appt. (Arrived at 1pm) my car sat there while everyone else’s vehicles went back. The people that checked in after me were completed before mine. Gilbert corrected the problem tho. He was fabulous. I’ve never had that happen with Toyota service and the cheap drive in oil change places. Being that it was my first service. I was slightly disappointed
