Customer service was outstanding. However I just got my vehicle serviced this morning due to a recall on my 2016 Hyundai Genesis and tonight as I crossed an intersection my headlights started to flash on and off really fast for about 5 seconds and then it did it again as I was driving up my driveway. I’ll call the service department tomorrow to let them know.

I was told I needed a cabin air filter. I informed him I bought extra coverage and without looking more into my account, I was told I only had basic coverage. As I was ready to pay, I reiterated that I know I have extra coverage and would look In my contract which is in my car. That is the only time he actually looked into my account and realized that I actually did have coverage. Had I not been vocal or adamant about my coverage he would have never looked into my account and continued to charge me. He never apologized or mentioned that he was mistaken. I feel this is how people get taken advantage of. He should thoroughly check a customer’s account especially when they insist on it.

It was printed in the receipt that a car wash was done. My car was not washed. I called the attention of the staff to take it off my receipt because the service is not done. She said that she can have it washed. - only after I complained. Actually I have unlimited car wash in another company. MY POINT Is That IT Is a form of MISREPRESENTATION if you claim something you did not do. I would have liked to have my car serviced in Mobil because it includes car wash and vacuuming the car interior. I brought my car to them but they said they don’t have the type of oil filter that I have. The lady who attended to me did not call me when my car service was completed. I have to call the service dept. after 3 1/2 hours.

I brought my car in thinking it was just a break light when David Clark told me it was much worse I wanted to die, he told me everything that needed to be done and how long it would take and that warranty was going to cover it plus rental car, David said it would take two days to get the ok, it took him a half a day and a couple weeks to work on my car David and his team had it done sooner and I can’t be happier, he called and went through the steps with me through out the work being done, I’m my opinion he is a great asset to your team and I would come back in a second if something else went wrong with my car and I would recommend Bakersfield Hyundai in a second, thank you Davi Clark and Hyundai for meeting my expectations and then some, a life time customer Ryan C
