Adrienne was kind but was not too helpful concerning how long Lyft took to pick me up. The ETA said 10 minutes, but I had to wait 45 minutes. When I asked her for help, she kept saying, “well, it says eight more minutes,” even though she told me that same thing repeatedly for over twenty-five minutes. That was very frustrating. I finally went to another person ( Jose ), who eventually helped me.

Other than that, it was a great experience and everyone that I came in contact with wanted to know if I had been helped or if I needed anything. I would only suggest that some new seats be placed in the waiting room, the leather is coming off.
