2 months ago I went in for service and asked to get the steering worm replaced as it was making a lot of noise. Told the part needed to be ordered, and 2 months later I come in for an oil change and I inquire about the steering worm, after checking Joey says the part has been in for a month+. I was never called texted or emailed that the part was in. I would hope that's not standard practice.

After I left the service I noticed a piece of plastic was missing from my passenger rear view mirror. I return to inquire about it as I knew it was previously there. Service team immediately went to look for it. It was found where my car was washed and put back on apologizing for that. I was a little perturbed and said whomever washed my car should have noticed it missing. They again apologized due to not knowing why. Great service team.

I was treated with great service. Unfortunately the problem with my van continues. Didn’t want to start this morning had to wait a few minutes to try again to start the van again and it did so the problem is still there not knowing why sometimes it start immediately and then sometimes it takes a few times to get the van started.
