This was the worst experience I have had there.
We have been bringing our car there for 10 years with no problems with other service advisors. the way we were handled is inexcusable we were LIED to and we don’t trust anyone who lies to us. That’s not a way to run a business.
They said they did work on the car and I know they did not. Still upset I would like a call back to discuss the issue.
