It shouldn’t be the estimated time for an oil change is 2 hours if you have an appointment. It only took 1.5 hours but that’s extremely too long for an oil change with an appointment. I only came here because it’s the closest dealership to me and I have Jeep wave. The advisor seemed like he wanted to have nothing to do with me. He let me know there was another update that needed to happen and it would take 1.5-2 hours to get done. I’ll have to come back which is such a time **** out of a persons day. The CA dealership I work with is 200% more efficient, proactive service advisors, and friendlier. I had an issue with my battery dying on Saturday 1/30. Brand new car and the battery was fully drained. Called the Jeep roadside assistance and they sent someone out. The battery was completely dead so I had to replace it immediately. The company you sent out didn’t carry Mopar products. I tried calling this dealership and it rang with no one picking up the phone for 5-10 min each time I called. I then called back to get the sales team. The guy who answered the phone put me into a voicemail in service so I called back saying I really needed to talk to someone in service. He put me into the service department and still no one answered. So I called back 3 times electing sales and he hung up on me each time I called back. So my back was against the wall and I had to purchase an aftermarket battery. What else was I supposed to do? And now Stellantis won’t assist with the cost. When I brought this up to Joe the advisor he just said that’s not my issue so I need to call customer care. Just horrible service experience all around at the service department. Joe has zero customer service skills and the service department has tremendous efficiency/customer service issues as well. I’d rather drive to another dealership that go back here and will never accept Joe as an advisor again

Overall, customer service and communication was great as usual. However, I’m extremely disappointed that my Ram 1500 was at Airpark for 3+ weeks awaiting parts and I was not able to get a loaner vehicle during that time. Airpark is the only dealership I’ve used since moving to the valley and I will definitely be taking my vehicle somewhere else in the future. When paying a premium to have my vehicle serviced/repaired at an authorized Dodge dealership, I would hope for customer “perks” such as loaner vehicles when issues arise…..
