AirPark always takes care of my service needs, I’ve always been very pleased with the courteous service team. Joe gets me set up with an appointment and keeps me updated on the status of the service work. I would highly recommend the AirPark service department to anyone and it’s another reason we purchase our 2nd Jeep from AirPark dealership.

Before I dropped my truck off for service, I phoned ahead and was instructed to drop off the truck and it would be looked at the next day. Upon my arrival I was met by a highly agitated service advisor, who was clearly unhappy to see me. I do understand it was late in the day and It was obvious he was having a bad day. I explained the issue I was having with my truck and I was advised that several trucks were on the lift with the same issue and it would be several days before it was looked at. This contradicted the phone conversation I had earlier. Be that as it may, I left my truck and walked out scratching my head wondering what I got my self into here. The rest of my experience here is ok- I have my truck back with a laundry list of needed repairs. I look forward to trading it in on another brand.

You had my truck for over two weeks and it’s still not finished. I picked it up yesterday and took it home and it leaked oil all over my driveway. I had to go to a Shell Gas Station and have the drain plug replaced because they compromised the gasket when they changed the oil. They had to replace the new oil with 8 qrts of oil.

I was told my battery was bad by Gary . I went to three other shops and was told I had a good battery. I met back with a tech from Airpark today (Kenny or a Kyle) really helpful and informed me that my battery was not bad at that Gary was mistaken: I’m Upset because everytime I come to this location I always run into an issue. I’ll be reaching out to Joseph on Monday to get my auxiliary battery replaced for the 2nd time from you guys. I’ve owned this vehicle for two years and have brought it in more times than I have wanted.
