Service recommendations on a vehicle with 28000 were a joke , it’s under warranty . I’m in the car industry and it’s sad that dealers cannot be honest with clients

Joe was excellent. I ended up not having service done because I needed the car back the same day and it sounded like it might not be until Thursday before they could take a look at it. No big deal we’ve ordered a part and I’ll bring it back in in January or February whenever the part is here.

The service was good and timely and I thought meeting your customers with a request for water was a nice touch. Joe Acevedo was very helpful, friendly and a good representative of the dealership but when I went to pay my bill there was an employee (definitely not Joe) who was asleep at his desk. Not great.
