My service was completed in apx 1.25 hours. I usually sit and wait 2 - 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. So, I was happy to only spend 1.25 hours this time.

Your service was fine. The cost of the repair and having to wait 2-4 weeks for parts is frustrating. Also, the fact that the delaminating of the radio screen is not covered by a recall is frustrating. Online, there are many complaints of the same type. Additionally, the constant noise, random channel changing, screen flashing and beeping is so distracting that it is a significant safety issue.
