To be honest, I dread coming to the dealership - sales people waiting outside, ready to pounce. Service appointments that should take less than an hour, take several. If it wasn't for Jeep Wave complimentary oil changes, I'd do them myself just to avoid coming into Airpark. So my expectations were low but Richard was respectful of my time, set expectations, and did all he could to turn the vehicle around in the 3-4 hours he committed to. He made this visit to Airpark the best I've ever had.

I contacted Joe last week, I live out of town and was coming in for an air conditioning concern. I was only going to be here for one full day, and Joe said they would do what they could to give me a quick turnaround. Fortunately, the parts were available in town; and once the parts were received his service crew got busy and and had the car ready before closing time, enabling me to keep my schedule. The dash need to be partially disassembled, and I was concerned that it would be reassembled well enough to be unnoticeable… I was very pleased to see that the dash looked like it had never been touched. Everything in working order, and the interior looked as good as ever. I very much appreciate the professional repairs… thanks to all at Airpark Dodge…
