I brought the car in for oil change and was informed it needed $505.00 maintenance work done also. I learned that evening that the work completed wasn’t necessary at this time since the car has only 17,000 miles. The work and charges (excluding the oil change maintenance) should have been done at a later date after accumulating more miles.

You guys always mess up something on my car. Today the lic plate was is bent and the plate around it is broken. I am just tired of this service department disregard to their customers property. I have taken picture as this is not first time this is happening.
