Brought my truck in for recall items and a check engine light which John assured was do to software update. Over two thousand dollars later picked my truck up and less than 30 miles check engine light came back on. Had to turn around and go back to the dealership. Only this time in addition to the check engine light I had no power at the throttle so my truck would only go about 50 and I was on my way to Payson on hiway 87. I literally had to limp my truck back to the dealership. This time Kyle was the service rep because John was off. Had to wait an hour or so in the lounge, and then was informed that I would have spend another 1000 dollars for additional repair work. My truck is in your service center for at least four more days. I am at the very least not happy in the least.

Tech reported no issues found which is fine but states my tow rating is 2,000 pounds suggesting that I may be towing over capacity. However, my tow capacity is 3,500 pounds. This doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in the tech, or that my concern was taken seriously

I had a new battery put in ,but somewhere in the instillation someone bumped something that caused a backup system to activate and created a huge time consuming hassle that caused me to loose another days pays . So a simple instigation became a huge hassle for me .
